KTDC is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive (Content & Social Media) to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop engaging content and implement social media campaigns that connect with the Gen Z audience. You will be responsible for producing trend-driven, viral content while building your skills in content marketing and digital media.

Responsibilities
- Develop creative ideas and produce short-form videos for social media platforms in a trendy, humorous, and engaging style.
- Generate trend-based content incorporating memes, challenges, or relatable and entertaining scenarios aimed at attracting Gen Z audiences.
- Write captivating video scripts and engaging captions designed to drive interaction and boost virality.
- Perform basic video shooting and editing using tools such as CapCut, VN, or other user-friendly editing software.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and optimize content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns.
- Support with seeding activities and manage online communities created by the company.
Requirements
- A strong Gen Z mindset – highly trend-sensitive and well-versed in youth culture and behaviors.
- A passion for content creation, particularly short-form videos.
- Basic video production skills, including shooting and editing, with an eye for selecting music, filters, and effects to enhance video appeal.
- Ability to write natural, witty, and humorous content with strong storytelling skills.
- Strong visual and creative thinking, with the ability to make content visually appealing and engaging.
- Proficiency in using CapCut, Canva, or other basic video and design editing tools.
- Proactive and agile, with a willingness to experiment with new content formats to create viral campaigns.
- (Preferred) Prior experience in personal content production or working as a social content creator.
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English, enabling you to work effectively in a collaborative and professional environment.
