Recruitment: Marketing Executive (Partner & Community)

We are looking for passionate, creative, and proactive Marketing Executives (Partnerships & Community) to join our growing Marketing team at KTDC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and engaging online communities, executing partnership marketing initiatives, coordinating marketing events, and supporting brand-building campaigns across multiple channels. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will play an important role in strengthening KTDC’s brand presence, expanding community engagement, and contributing to the company’s overall marketing objectives.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1. Community Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to build and grow online communities across Facebook Groups and other social media platforms.
  • Create community engagement activities to encourage interactions, discussions, and long-term member engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and posts within the community in accordance with KTDC’s brand guidelines and communication standards.
  • Propose initiatives to increase User-Generated Content (UGC), community discussions, and overall brand awareness.
  • Track and monitor key community performance metrics, including Engagement, Reach, Member Growth, and Active Members.
  • Build and develop communities for students, high achievers, and other target audience groups.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and recommend improvement initiatives.

1.2. Seeding & Social Engagement

  • Develop and execute seeding plans to support marketing campaigns.
  • Create seeding content tailored to different platforms and target audience segments.
  • Assign tasks to freelancers and part-time collaborators and monitor the implementation of seeding activities.
  • Supervise the quality of seeding activities to ensure message consistency, timely execution, and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor community feedback and coordinate the handling of issues arising across social media platforms.

1.3. Event Marketing

  • Coordinate the organization of workshops, seminars, Open Days, student recruitment events, and other KTDC marketing activities.
  • Participate in planning and preparing marketing communications before, during, and after each event.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth and successful event execution.
  • Prepare marketing materials, publications, and promotional items for events.
  • Consolidate event photos, content, and performance reports after each event.
  • Propose initiatives to enhance attendee experience and improve event marketing effectiveness.

1.4. Partner Marketing

  • Coordinate the implementation of partnership programs with schools, businesses, KOLs/KOCs, media partners, and external organizations.
  • Monitor the progress of co-marketing activities and ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop marketing and communication content.
  • Manage project timelines and partnership deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify new partnership opportunities to expand brand visibility and market reach.

1.5. Marketing Operations Support

  • Track and update marketing expenses for each campaign.
  • Coordinate with vendors for printing, production, and marketing promotional materials.
  • Manage and maintain inventories of marketing materials, POSM, and marketing assets.
  • Prepare logistics and operational support for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Support other administrative and operational tasks within the Marketing Department as assigned.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in positions such as Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive, or Community Executive.
  • Experience in managing social media fan pages, online communities, or executing social media campaigns is an advantage.

2.2. Professional Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and LinkedIn.
  • Solid knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Community Management, and Content Marketing.
  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and the customer journey is an advantage.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.

2.3. Skills

  • Excellent content writing skills with a creative mindset and strong storytelling ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal departments and external partners.
  • Good event planning, coordination, and execution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience using Canva or other basic design tools is an advantage.
  • Basic English communication, reading, and comprehension skills.
