Job Title: Vietnamese IELTS Teacher

We now have an opening for: 01 Vietnamese IELTS Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Teaching:
- Work closely with native teachers to identify areas where additional support is needed for students.
- Plan, prepare and deliver dynamic, high-quality, communicative IELTS language training for students at beginner level to the standards set out in the Academic materials.
- Timely grading of IELTS essays in the online LMS system, including accurate and constructive feedback
- Provide targeted support to students who may require extra attention or guidance.
- Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of IELTS training courses, materials and related services, in order to ensure courses, remain up-to-date.
- Actively engage in professional development and performance management to ensure quality and high standards in training
Language Reinforcement:
- Break down the key language concepts and grammar structures introduced in the main IELTS course.
- Provide additional practice exercises and activities to help students consolidate their learning.
- Offer guidance on exam-specific strategies.
- Organize mock exams and provide detailed feedback to help students improve their test-taking strategies.
- Conduct check-ins with students to monitor their progress and address any concerns they may have.
Student Support:
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Answer students’ questions and address concerns in a supportive and professional manner.
- Keep detailed records of student progress, including notes from tutoring sessions and test results.
- Provide regular updates to PCS Team about student progress and updates.
Academic Support and Engagement Activities: Participate in center-related academic activities for students and other events as requested by the center.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Language Teaching (ELT) or a related field
- Proven experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL)
- Minimum IELTS score of 7.0
- Strong English language skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
- Familiarity with the IELTS exam format and requirements
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and administrative purposes (e.g., LMS, CRM)
- Be available to work evenings and weekends to meet customer demands
+ 5:00pm – 9:45pm Monday to Friday
+ 8:00am – 6:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience teaching IELTS preparation courses
- Certification in English language teaching (e.g., CELTA, TESOL)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Patience and empathy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
