Recruitment: Junior Marketing Executive 2023

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with line managers in planning, developing and implementing marketing monthly/quarterly/yearly strategies and reports

• Monitoring media plan, working closely with digital marketer and sales team to make prompt adjustments/actions on our media plan to reach KPIs

• Analyzing proposals, negotiating benefits, moderating activities, evaluating the results from social clubs in high schools, NGO organizations, which focus on high school students.

• Supporting preparing materials or brainstorming activities to build and maintain relationships with high schools or other partners

• Planning and making sure our internal communication materials are updated weekly in centers

• Leading team brainstorming session for quarterly/monthly contents, reviewing to achieve key learnings, and suggest new ideas. Making sure our social media channels follow trending contents promptly.

• Making plans for SEO contents, analyzing, evaluating, responding and revising strategy quickly to optimize the effectiveness.

• Overseeing, delegating tasks to team members who handle day-to-day tasks, providing directions and clarification.

• Working with influencers/KOCs to promote our brand and courses including: finding the suitable influencers/KOCs, negotiating, working on scripts, evaluating the results.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in the Marketing field. Experience of working in the Education field and event organization is a plus.

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields is preferred.

• Excellent communication (both English and Vietnamese) and interpersonal skills.

• Broad experience across digital and offline marketing channels.

• Solid understanding of statistical concepts.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, as well as an ability to think creatively.

• Well-versed in the latest marketing trends and have a keen understanding of how to use data to drive marketing decisions.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
