As a PR Executive, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the brand to support the business.

01 position: Full-time PR Executive

Main Duties

Manage the KTDC’s social media channels: Fanpage, Website, Instagram, Tiktok, …

Generate ideas, produce and edit content for the KTDC’s social media channels including written updates, graphics and video.

Seek out content and stories to feature on our digital/offline channels, especially Facebook Posts, Facebook Ads, SEO, …

Coordinate and work with Freelancers to source student and alumni testimonials to supply weekly content for our social media channels.

Drive the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication while maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice.

Provide creative ideas and input into marketing campaigns. Work with the Marketing Manager and other members to manage marketing materials and provide strategic recommendations for future activity.

Liaise with colleagues outside the department (CS team, Academic team) to gain a deeper understanding of how the audience thinks and feels about our products and service.

You will from time to time be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as reasonably required by your line manager. You are required to follow all KTDC policies and procedures at all times and take account of KTDC guidance.

Job Requirement

• Have a bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, communications, informatics, marketing, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Clear, concise, and grammatically correct writing style
• Good sense of social listening to catch the latest trends
• Good in English is a plus
• Have a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role.
• Commitment to working for the welfare of students and for a democratic organisation.
