As a Marketing manager, you will play a lead role in developing and delivering the KTDC’s marketing, communications strategy; enhancing and promoting the KTDC to internal and external audiences, as well as identifying new and emerging market trends. You will gather market intelligence, undertake research, analyze results and plan, review and adapt our campaigns and digital content accordingly. You will be up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketing knowledge and be an experienced project manager.

01 position: Full-time Marketing manager

Main Duties

Take responsibility for achieving goals for lead generation, enrollment, revenue, and other metrics for all educational programs and services offered by KTDC

Plan and implement marketing programs based on the company’s overall strategy. Main accountabilities are but not limited to the following:

  • Digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and word of mouth.
  • Forms of marketing through event organization, sponsorship, and partners.
  • Communication campaigns, PR – Advertising.

Orientate content on the website, social media channels. Work alongside the content executive and designer to create content for website, social media channels.

Measure and optimize performance of digital marketing campaigns and Lead Generation strategies, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Analyze digital data, and audience insights/feedback. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to optimize user experience and recommend enhancements.

Monitor market and consumer intelligence and analyze the competitive landscape

Monitor, evaluate, and accordingly adjust the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing activities, and report to the Center Manager.

Analyze data through surveys and customer feedback in order to help relevant departments make improvements to the appearance and quality of products and services.

Plan, organize, and implement training for team members to improve work efficiency.

Perform other duties required by the Center Manager/Director.

Job Requirement

  • Strong experiences in managing and planning digital marketing, performance marketing, and social media activities (content orientation on website, Fanpage.
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, FB insights, Google Ads, Data studio.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Creative, initiative, can-do attitude. Good multitasking skills, attention to detail.
