01 position: Full-time Customer Service Team Leader
Get involved in recruitment and training of new CS members while motivating all members of the CS team to maximize their potential.
Create a friendly, demanding and professional working environment.
Maintain outstanding customer service through daily activities.
Constantly searching, improving and developing ideas to help students experience success beyond their expectations based on a customer-centric view.
Work closely with the academic department to ensure that students receive maximum support.
Manage the opening schedule reasonably and in accordance with the needs of students while maximizing the center’s resources.
Ensure a healthy and friendly educational environment, creating favorable conditions for students and teachers.
Optimize and develop operating processes of the customer service department.
Build a periodic service quality assessment system.
Build a system to evaluate the performance of the customer service department.
Work directly and closely with the Marketing department to provide insights and suggestions for the center’s strategic campaigns.
Make weekly and monthly reports as required by the Center Manager/Director
Other tasks as required by the Direct Manager
